Our gold standard service is perfect for appetizers, salads, entrees, sides and small buffet items. We stand firmly on food integrity and will ensure cold food items are served cold and hot food items are served warm. This service includes chafing racks, sterno fuel, tongs, serving spoons, plate ware, and cutlery. Service Fee is 15% or $175 whichever is greater.
Our gold deluxe package includes professional drop-off, setup, and breakdown of your meal and buffet setup. Cold items will be served cold and hot items served hot in metal chaffing pans and stainless steel chaffers. Includes sterno for chafing dishes, applicable serving utensils, plate ware, and cutlery. Clients are responsible for maintaining the buffet during service. Service fee is 25% or $275 whichever is greater
Our gold premier package is for fully staffed service. A full quote and estimate will be provided after securing a menu and time of service. Full service includes delivery, setup, breakdown, all food served in glassware, stainless steel chaffing dishes, serving utensils, maintenance of the buffet, and clean up of kitchen, prep space, and any other staging area used by caterers only. Attendant fees are based on the size of the event and a minimum of two attendants are required for service- Server rates start at $25 per hour.
